Details

The quickshifter is a device that allows you to shift to a higher gear simply by operating the gearshift lever, without pulling the clutch lever and without closing the accelerator.

The gear change is extremely fast (a few hundredths of a second) and comfortable. The feeling is that of a continuous transmission of power: you do not feel the interruption of thrust typical of the traditional gear change.

The CGS4 quickshifter is an easy-to-install device, equipped with dedicated Plug & Play wiring and manually configurable via 3 rotary selectors, without the need to connect external devices.

The control unit constantly monitors the open position of the throttle control, by reading the TPS sensor, optimizing the operation of the quickshifter.

Thanks to the "Zeropower" technology, the device absorbs current only with the engine running and in minimal quantities.

The control electronics box is made of solid and anodized aluminum.
Wiring and waterproof connectors are specific for Motorsport applications, thus making the device resistant to high temperatures, oil and hydrocarbons, as well as splashing water even under pressure (not by immersion) and vibrations.

It is possible to configure the cut-off time, with the gas completely open, from 40 to 99 thousandths of a second. It is also possible to adjust the increase in the split gas interval, according to a parameter (from 1 to 9) calculated by an internal algorithm.

The kit consists of an electronic control unit (eBox CGS4), an electromechanical sensor to be applied on the gear mechanism (or directly on the lever depending on the application) and a Plug & Play harness for connection to the original electrical system of the motorcycle .
