This kit developed to increase the smoothness of the fork. With the original system there is a high friction especially at the beginning of the movement, this occurs due to the gluing phenomenon of the surfaces. The Bitubo sliding kit drastically reduces this value, improving smoothness the more the fork sliding speed increases.
During braking, the fork structure undergoes deformations (ovalization) increasing friction. Bitubo selects the best sliding bushings inserted in ergal seats designed to decrease friction surfaces during ovalization.
The performance is brought to the highest levels by combining gaskets with low coefficient of friction.
